During a tour of the RUWASSA facilities, Hon. Ahovi noted the neglect of several machines provided by UNICEF and expressed confidence in repairing and utilizing these resources. He assured that the Agency would soon reclaim its productivity.
"It seems I am inheriting a dead structure as the Managing Director of RUWASSA in Kogi State, but I believe that God, who appointed me during Ramadan, has a purpose. With the support of the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, and other key stakeholders, I am confident we will revive this Agency," Hon. Ahovi declared.He extended gratitude to Kogi State Accountant General, Hajiya Oyiza Tijani Onumoko, calling her his "Great Destiny Helper." Hon. Ahovi emphasized that with the backing of reputable individuals and the inspiration of the youth, he is committed to fulfilling his duties effectively.
The Kogi State Director of Administration briefed the new MD on the various issues that have hindered the Agency's progress, expressing confidence in Hon. Ahovi's ability to bring positive change.The ceremony was attended by appointees of the current administration, friends, and well-wishers.
